From the Beginning

For all of those who don’t really know Codilyn and I we will give a little background on our lives. Codilyn Kendell was born and raised up in Provo, Utah. She comes from a loving family of 8 and was a big ballroom dancer. She went on a mission to Novosibirsk, Russia and heard about another Elder who was extremely attractive and incredibly funny, (Enter Zach). Zach grew up in North Dallas in a somewhat normal family. He went on his mission to Novosibirsk, Russia and remembers hearing of a Sister who punched out a drunk Russian, (Enter Codilyn). These two kids were introduced to each other by another missionary and bada bing bada boom, a couple of months later they got married. Once we got married we decided we wanted to live very far away from both sides of the family, so we ended up in the armpit of Texas, Lubbock. We were there for a year while Zach was in school at Texas Tech. Codilyn was his sugar mama making the big bucks working for Estee Lauder and Zach worked his last job waiting tables at the luxurious Olive Garden. Zach graduated from Texas Tech in August and we moved to Oklahoma City, where Zach could get his masters in Business Administration with specializations in International Business and Marketing.
Before we left Lubbock we found out that we were having a baby and that unfortunately he was going to be born in Oklahoma City.
